I The commission (our reward) of apartments and the country real estate makes: single compensation at a rate of 100 % from the monthly price of rent to 2000 EUROS and 50 % from the monthly price of rent over 2000 EUROS. The commission is paid after you the sign the contract of rent for long term (1 year).

II Concerning long-term contracts with the organizations on rendering of services in the real estate market in Russia additional DISCOUNTS are provided!!!

III THE PRICE POLICY OF SHORT TERM RENT: The commission (our reward) at rent of apartments and cottages by the day (short term) equal 0 %!!! Owners of apartments pay to us!!!

IV Compensation (reward) for services of taxi, photo/video service, service of the guide and other organizational accommodation in Moscow is from 200 EUROS, the price depends on volume of the problems put by you.
